In August of this year, Bougie Eventals acquired a Ford van to smooth out rental deliveries. As result, customers have benefited from a great flexibility in deliveries. We offer in-house delivery at a cost to all our customers located in the greater Houston area. A delivery fees are very comprehensive and cover equipment drop off and pickup after the event is over or at another time agreed upon between the customer and the Bougie Eventals representative.
We charge a flat rate of $40 to all customers located within 20 miles radius of our warehouse. Additional miles are charged at the rate of $1.5 one way.

Case 1
Customer 1 is located within 20 miles of our warehouse. The delivery and pickup fees for this order will be $40.
Case 2
Customer 2 is located 30.4 miles away from our warehouse (we always use the shortest route). The delivery and pickup fees for this order will be $55.6.
Tis is calculated as $40 flat rate for the first 20 miles + $1.5 x 10.4 miles ($15.5)
